Caryl started in summer of 2003 at which time she became a Benefits Specialist under a program called Benefits, Planning, Assistance, and Outreach (BPAO). That program was very similar to the new Work Incentives Planning and Assistance Initiative {WIPA} under which Caryl is now a CWIC. Caryl works on Monday, Tuesdays, and Wednesday from 10am to 1pm in the Bremerton office.
